3. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party gateways (Flipkart, Razorpay, etc.). Asrar Perfume does not store your credit/debit card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across India. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and not guaranteed. Asrar Perfume is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and report any damages within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items within 7 days of delivery. For damaged or defective products, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
