The Golden Rule

Order Shipped = No Cancellation / No Refund

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or returned. Please review your order carefully before it enters the shipping stage.

For online payments, refund will be credited within 7 working days to your original payment method.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

🚫 No Refund / No Return

No refund or return will be processed for shipped orders.

Shipping confirmation marks the point of no return.

Important Notes

Refund for online payments will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Card/NetBanking).
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be refunded as no payment was collected online.
In case of damaged/wrong product received, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund processing takes 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Once shipped, order becomes final sale — no exceptions.
